Hi everyone, how is it going over there. Thanks for always checking out on the blog. Love you guys and if you haven't subscribed yet, please do. Today, will be discussing about one of the popular issue been discussed in the society and the educational system, it all about "Studying in Malaysia" So if you would like to know some things about this topic, kindly read on.

Are you interested in visiting Malaysia? Malaysia is a beautiful country, full of natural beauty, scenic attractions and friendly people. Kuala Lumpur is the capital city and the country is one of the most visited countries in Asia. You will need a visa for entry into the country and you have to undergo certain processes before you can acquire a visa and roam at will in the streets of Malaysia.
I actually had my first degree in Malaysia and to be sincere I can tell you it really worth it. I studied in Malaysia and had a UK degree. Is that really possible, YES, IT IS VERY POSSIBLE. Let's list the reason why it really a good choice to study in Malaysia
1. TUITION FEE:  Looking at the currency exchange recently, and let me even say from the time of the past and converting to your own country's currency, you would see  that sometimes, the foreign currency is on the high side. This is one of the factors I considered before travelling to Malaysia. You can get a UK degree in Malaysia but a lower cost. Malaysia currency is in Ringgit (RM) while UK currency is in Pounds. Comparing the two, paying in Pounds is actually much more than paying in Ringgit. So why spend too much when you can get the same degree, same certificate, same course of studying in another country and pay less. There are lots of schools in Malaysia which are affiliated to schools in the UK, and you've even got the chance to transfer if you wish to the after second or third year of study depending on your course to the school your course of study is affiliated to

2. COST OF LIVING: The cost of living in Malaysia is not too expensive. Yea, I can tell you it very affordable. Accommodation, food, shopping, transportation, all these you don't really have to spend much. Depending on your budget, if you want to live on the high side, sure you are good to go and if you are kind of budget friendly, sure there is a space for you as well and even while studying, you can have a business of yours or if possible get a part-time job as a student and still get to concentrate on your studies

3. TECHNOLOGY: Another reason while I really enjoyed studying in Malaysia is because Malaysia is just as advanced as UK or any other European countries. You get to have light 24/7 except if you are owing them o (Lol) and guess what they even send or drop a warning note for you before they take any action. So if you are owing and after sending a note of warning, you still decided not to pay then you are on your own and when they disconnect your light, my brother/sister, it is a sorry case, and even after that, if you go ahead and pay them even after they've disconnected your light. Give them max, 1hr and you have your light back. Also, internet. We all know in this 21st century, internet is like must have, so you can easily subscribe and get connected and have access to the internet, I can tell you it more cheaper having access to the internet over there than here in Nigeria.

4. EMPLOYMENT: Yes I know a lot of people are actually considering this as well and I will  give my honest opinion. Getting a job in Malaysia all depends on how smart you are, yea it hard for Africans to get job and the same time it very easy as well. It all depends on you. I have a lot of friends out there in Malaysia who are actually working, getting paid legitimately and they can renew their visa as a worker over there. Why didn't I stay then? This is because, I felt it was time for me to leave and I had other plans for myself which I will like to make it personal for now. So as I said, it all depends on you, when I was there, I did work part-time and I got paid. And there are lots of international companies there as well, depending on the course you study, you can get a job or even start your own business there and get your business permit

I have heard a lot about people saying, everyone in Malaysia just go there to become irresponsible and involve themselves in various evil act. My people, there is no where you go and you won't see those ones who have decided to go against their own goal and involve in other bad acts. It all depends on who you are and what you want for yourself. Some artiste I got to know in Malaysia (name withheld, cos I didn't seek for their permission, would have posted out their names), made it big when they got to Malaysia, and today they are among those giving life to African Entertainment in Nigeria, Lots of successful businessmen and women making it big LEGITIMATELY. So it all depends on who you are, your aim for travelling, how focused you are and all you what for yourself. I was there for five years and I was still that same girl and the only thing that changed about me was me getting matured year after year. Nothing negative
